Group Recruitment & Resourcing Manager - UK wide based South Yorkshire Head Office (Excellent salary with car and excellent benefits) for well known blue-chip engineering company

This is a rare opportunity to join a well known and long established organisation in this newly created role working across the sites UK wide but being mainly based in Yorkshire.

Due to recent growth and prosperity our client is expecting major contracts and further growth and has therefore decided to recruit a specialist Recruitment Manager to work closely with the Shared HR Centre being responsible for roles across the sites at all levels.

The successful person will be responsible for identifying recruitment needs, putting policies and procedures in place for Preferred Supplier Agreements with consultancies, Assessment Centres, looking at setting up contracts and subscribing to relevant job websites, advertising in specialist media, looking at cost effective solutions to recruitment across the group. Liaising with recruitment consultancies, organising pscho-metric testing, working closely with universities regarding the graduate scheme, building relationships with the HR teams on different sites to understand their needs. Always looking for the reasonable solutions to recruiting and promoting own online services etc

Ideally the perfect candidate will have worked in a Recruitment Managers role previously with a solid background and who can at interview demonstrate experience in all of the above mentioned activities especially capable for forward thinking, building relationships internally and externally and someone who can prove cost savings in budgets and who has build up a good workable Recruitment Campaign that is easily followed and supported by the HR team across the business.
